Description
First press edition of of fantastic first Beatles album.
Ths is the absolute first pressing of the album with (soon to be replaced gold lettering on black "Parlophone" label) and is by far the rarest!
These first pressings had the six McCartney/Lennon songs with a publishing credit of "Dick James Music Co.".
The cover is a laminated sleeve with a polythene lined inner sleeve has an advert for "Emitex" cleaning cloths printed on it.
There is a small tear in the lower left of the back side of the cover and the whole reverse side has at some stage had sellotape applied to it.
Condition is good overall and the vinyl looks ok. There is the usual surface noise for a 50 year old record!
Labels are in fantastic condition.b I also have several other first pressing Beatles LPs to list in the near future.
