CONDITION

Disc

Labels: EXCELLENT

A clean & unblemished pair with a moderate collection of light spindle marks and slight centre hole wear but no major faults.

Visual: VERY GOOD +

Both playing surfaces are extremely clean and retain their deep-gloss shines. The only significant blemishes in strong daylight are a few small light surface scuffs on side 2 and a long non-feelable hairline scratch on side 1. Close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals a few faint inner-sleeve removal paper hairlines but certainly no further significant marks or wear. It's a fine heavy copy which 100% flat on the turntable when playing.

Play: EXCELLENT

This copy has received just some very careful play on good equipment and is without any significant deterioration to the sound quality. My careful play-check uncovered little more than 3 clicks on the fade-out on 'Misery' but no groove/play wear distortion or any other audible distractions.

Cover

EXCELLENT -

A very difficult cover to find in this condition but this clean & strong example has been well looked-after and stored in smoke-free conditions. The front panel laminate is perfectly clean & glossy with just some light bending to the left corners but no scratching of any thumbnails. There is a some bruising to the corners but no discernible wear to either opening edges. The rear panel is remarkably clean & white and is without any marks or wear of any kind. All of the delicate flipbacks are fully intact with no wear or repair to any. Both seams are perfectly smooth with no flaking laminate, stresses or splits and the spine is fully worded & undamaged.

Inner-sleeve

EXCELLENT

Clean & flat with just a few gentle storage bends but no writing or seam splits.
