Description

Ultra rare 2nd mono press of The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band LP from 1967 omitting 'A Day In The Life' from the side 2 label. A rarity in itself but in such good condition is or course even rarer. 
Serial number: PMC 7027
Matrix number: XEX 637-1 / XEX 638-1  
Stampers:  37 MRR / 2 DRM
Top condition. The disc is MINT-! Super-glossy and clean without marks or scratches when viewed under strong direct spotlight. It plays beautifully throughout - including 'She's Leaving Home' regarded as the litmus test for play condition of this record. There are obviously no skips or sticks, no repeat clicks, loud obtrusive pops or distortion, MINT! The sleeve is also in top condition, super-glossy, clean, no ring wear, fully readable spine, MINT-! Original inner is without splits, tears, writing or stains, MINT! Peter Blake dark green 'cutouts' insert is unused and unmarked, MINT-! Wow! Top set!
