First issues of this single, in 1971, featured a full green apple label, on both sides, suggesting equal status for Yoko Ono's 'Open Your Box' and creating a double A side
On offer here, is a very rare mispressed label variant, with the A side song, Power To The People, being relegated, incorrectly, to the B side half apple
But what make this disc even rarer (possibly unique) is that Power To The People plays both sides. It is not unheard of for a 'rogue' side to appear on a vinyl record but because of the pressing plant process, it should not be possible for the disc to go through the same press twice. I believe this may have been done deliberately by an employee

The Vinyl
Visually: Stunning - deep black surfaces - a few wispy non-sounding lines - hard to find a better looking copy
Audio: Near mint, both sides - super example

The Labels
Top condition - no writing or damage - just a few well aimed spindle trails, both sides, suggesting very little play

The Sleeve
This is a reproduction, glossy apple copy, in top condition
