This BOX SET is in EXCELLENT condition overall. The box is in EXCELLENT condition with very minor surface, corner and edge wear and split ends on the box spine lid (the only thing keeping the box from being near mint!). The 5 records are NEAR MINT with no label wear, very minor surface marks on a disc or two, no surface noise and no skips. This also comes with a set of 5 photos of Art Tatum done by Phil Stern, in mint condition. I cannot find this box set listed in any of my price guides. However, the initial set of albums 1-5 was released by CLEF as a box set with records 2-5, in 1954 and lists for $300 in near mint. The individual albums from the set I am selling, Volumes 6-10, released in 1955, list for $80.00 in near mint and do not come with the photographs. If you are a fan of Art Tatum, this box set is a RARE find, especially with the photos and the David Stone Martin Cover. I will be listing numerous LP's.
