Black & yellow Parlophone label - PMC 1230
This initial, early copy features labels with the 'chubby' style font for the song titles.
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text & 'Gramophone Co..' rims
'KT' tax/price code on side 1 label.
Front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' lined inner-sleeve.
Matrix nos: XEX 481-3N & XEX 482-3N

Visual: EXCELLENT
Extremely clean & glossy surfaces in daylight bearing just a few fingerprints and some inner-sleeve storage marks under halogen light but no significant or major marks or wear to either side.
Play: EXCELLENT +
This disc has recieved just a few careful plays on good quality equipment as there is no trace of any background crackle or groovewear distortion anywhere. Even the opening chord to 'A Hard Day's Night' and the frequently damaged innermost tracks on each side play without any trace of groovewear. Both run-ins & all bands play silently without any interference.
Cover
EXCELLENT +
Superb clean, strong & unyellowed example with an glossy, unscratched front laminate which bears light handling wear but no other significant wear. There is slight bruising to the upper right & lower left corners but the other two and both opening edges are clean, sharp & unworn. The rear is pristine clean, white & unmarked with no discolouration, marks, writing or missing paper. All flipbacks, seams & the spine are in perfect condition.
