RARE STEREO ISSUE, LOVELY EXCELLENT PLUS VINYL, GUARANTEED ORIGINAL, CLEAN, COMPLETE, AND AN ALL ROUND VERY RESPECTABLE EXAMPLE
This ORIGINAL 1965 UK FIRST ISSUE **STEREO** Vinyl LP for The Beatles ‘HELP!’ album is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, and ‘Sold in UK…’ label text.
Official side 1 matrix is YEX 168-1/Side 2: YEX 169-1. Side 1 stampers: 2/P, Side 2: 3/GP. The embossed ‘KT’ tax code is visible around the centre of side 2 record label.
The album comes in an ORIGINAL Lined Use Emitex Lined Rice Paper Printed Inner Bag and is housed in its ORIGINAL 1st Issue LAMINATED Garrod and Lofthouse, three flipback, STEREO Sleeve printed with outline ‘stereo’ to the front of the sleeve.
The album plays extremely well with NO skips or jumps, and a POWERFUL Stereo sound.
The record labels are in VERY NICE excellent condition, BRIGHT, CLEAN, UNDAMAGED record labels, with only some light spider trails. Both sides of the vinyl disc are in IMPRESSIVE excellent plus condition, FRESH barely played Vinyl, NO scuffs or deep scratches, and nothing more than a few light surface lines. The inner bag is in GREAT SHAPE, showing some inevitable light creasing, but NO writing, tearing or seam splits. The Garrod and Lofthouse Laminated Picture sleeve too is a RESPECTABLE example in STRONG near excellent condition. The front of the sleeve is BRIGHT and FIRM, showing mild age discolouration, mild corner bruising to the bottom two corners, and a small half an inch nick to the opening edge. The reverse of the sleeve is RESPECTABLE, All three flip backs are UNDAMAGED. There are a couple of small stains to the lower portion of the reverse of the sleeve and the number ‘385’ is written in biro, above the catalogue number. The spine edge is UNDAMAGED and clearly reads ‘Help! The Beatles’.
