CONDITION

Disc

Labels: EXCELLENT +

A 1st class set with no visible spindle trails around either centre hole.

Visual: EXCELLENT

Both playing surfaces are extremely clean and are unmarked when viewed in strong daylight with not a scratch or scuff mark either side. Closer examination directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp reveals some harmless light marks consistent with inner-sleeve storage/removal, but little else of any significance. Both sides of this heavy disc lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.

Sound Quality: EXCELLENT

This very respectable sounding copy has received very little play and the sound is warm and full throughout with no overall significant or major audible faults or wear. My single careful play-check at volume detected a hint of low-level vinyl background between tracks & on the delicate 'I'll Follow The Sun', but no clicks, pops, ticks or any other audible distraction elsewhere.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

A 1st class example of this extremely fragile cover which unlike so many has survived the past 48 years in fine shape.

The delicate front leaf is clean & perfectly flat with an unscratched laminate where the only sign of wear is a faint wrinkle down Paul's face, but there are no 'thumbnail' wrinkles or even a single spine bend. Even the exposed edges are perfectly clean & sharp with no tears or feathering to any.

Apart from the fainest bruise to the upper right corner, all corner are in perfect unworn condition - front & rear.

Both panels of the inside of the gatefold are clean & unmarked and free from any writing or missing paper.

The rear panel is as clean & as glossy as the front with no trace of any ring/storagwear to any part.

All seams are smooth & unstressed with no flaking laminate and the spine is square, uncrushed and perfectly worded.

Tough to upgrade this one.

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT

Clean & flat with some mild age-toning but no significant or major faults.
