Description
Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Beatles For Sale' 1969 EMI One Box stereo pressing.
This particular pressing was released in 1969 when Parlophone transitioned to their black EMI labels, this one features just the one boxed EMI logo. Later pressings feature two boxed EMI logos.
Artist: The Beatles
Title: Beatles For Sale
Catalogue Number: PCS 3062
Year: 1969
Number of Tracks: 14
Matrix Numbers: -1 -1
Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - light hairline marks in places but still retains a really nice gloss and shine. A very clean example! Rated as EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+. Label is VERY GOOD, slight staining. Side 2 - Same as Side 1 with a few more noticeable but non-feelable hairline scratches. Well looked-after with a nice gloss and shine.
Inner Sleeve: The original 1969 EMI advertising inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition! Completely intact with no seam splits. There is some ringwear and age-related marks and discolouration but it's nice to find an example that has been well looked after.
Sleeve: The original 1969 laminated sleeve is currently rated as GOOD+/VERY GOOD-! These later 60s sleeves have a thinner feel to them than the earlier pressings. Light ringwear and laminate creasing to the front with a 3" seam split to the top where the record is stored. There is some laminate deterioration on the rear of the sleeve and ringwear. The inner gatefold is clean with some discolouration in places. Spine is pinched but readable.

PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES!!!
As with all the vintage records I sell, I advise a deep clean to enhance the sound quality of the record. Overall, a nice late Beatles record that everyone should own!
