THE BEATLES - 'A HARD DAY'S NIGHT'
This superb sounding UK 1st STEREO pressing dates from the album's initial July 1964 release and is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 3058
Both labels have the earliest 'chubby' font which include the 'Sold in UK..' text & 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd..' worded rims.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is visible around the centre of the side 1 label.
Matrix numbers: YEX 126-1 & YEX 127-1
Stamper codes: 3/RD & 2/GO
Vinyl weight: 152g
Housed in an front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with the 'mid-sized' front stereo indicator.
Complete with an original 'Use Emitex..' rice-paper lined inner-sleeve.

A superb unblemished and unworn pair with no noticeable marks or spindle trail around either centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine clean, unworn playing surfaces which retain all of their 'as new' deep-gloss shine. Apart from a few harmless inner-sleeve removal marks on side 2, both playing surfaces are unmarked in strong daylight with not a scuff or scratch in sight. Close and careful inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals little more than some harmless wispy paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine. Both sides of this extremely well looked-after and seldom played copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Play: NEAR MINT
This barely played copy has received only a few careful plays on high-end equipment and as a result, the sound throughout is clean, clear and without any traces of groove/playwear. The delicate 'And I Love Her' plays without any background interference or break up and even the most easily worn innermost tracks are free from any form of audible wear. There are no clicks, pops, ticks or any other audible distractions on this spectacular sounding copy which would be tough to upgrade.
Cover: EXCELLENT -
An overall strong and unworn example which retains a bright, clean & glossy front panel laminate which bears just a single small 'thumbnail' wrinkle towards the front opening edge. There is some light corner bruising but both opening edges are sharp and unworn. The rear panel has some age discolouration mostly consisting of foxing/age-spots, but is otherwise free from any other significant blemishes or any writing or missing paper. All flipbacks are fully intact and all seams and the fully worded spine are smooth, unstressed & unsplit.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Clean & crisp with some light storage creases but no discolouration, writing, tears or seam splits.
