BUCK BARKER Rockin' All Nite Long LP (1979 self released). An amazing find recorded in the solitary backwoods of a North Tennessee farm. A true do-it-yourself  project with Buck recording, playing and designing almost everything himself. The result is a "real people" monster that to the best of my knowledge has remained undiscovered until I found this copy earlier this year. Wasted jams, fried rockers, damaged laments and even some lovely Hurley-esque rural ramble. While uniquely in his own world, the album should easily find company with fans of Heitkotter, Kenneth Higney, Skip Spence and David Welsh. Six of the eight tracks can be heard below. No reserve!
