THE BENEFIT IS FOR THE "STUDENTS NEED ATHLETICS, CULTURE AND KICKS" CONCERT ON MARCH 23RD, 1975 IN SAN FRANCISCO. ALSO ON THE LP ARE SOME 1964 BOB DYLAN SONGS. THE JACKET IS VERY GOOD AND THE VINYL APPEARS NEAR MINT....LABELS ARE MINT AND HAVE WRITTEN IN PENCIL "SNACK" SIDE 1 AND 2. IT'S A BEAUTY. EXTREMELY TOUGH TO FIND.
