Most, if not all, of the vinyl posted here was from a collector who took VERY good care of his vinyl. There ARE some clear tape issues on covers that we will point out if applicable. These were done by the orginal owner.
Unity is an album by jazz organist Larry Young, released on the Blue Note label. While not free jazz, the album features innovative experimentation.
The album is Young's second for Blue Note records, following on from Into Somethin'. Three of the six tracks were composed by Woody Shaw; "Zoltan", "The Moontrane", and "Beyond All Limits". "If" is a Joe Henderson composition, "Monk's Dream" is a Thelonious Monk composition, and "Softly, As in a Morning Sunrise" is a Hammerstein & Romberg composition.
Billboard Magazine called the album a "sureshot for jazz fans". Also, Saxophonist Michael Brecker referred to the album as a favourite of his.

Grading Scale:
10: Mint… Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Very few records will make mint.
9: Mint -… Very clean, only a few light marks. A great record. (May need a cleaning, Discwasher or hand wash)
8: Condition between 7 and 9. but closer to 9
7: VG+… Used, but not abused. Light scratches only. Should play, and look very nice with minimal surface noise.
6: VG… Looks a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise.
5: VG-… A bit rough but will play ok. Fills the collection.
4: G… Plays very rough. Has multiple scratches. What a bargain!!
