don't want to pay the larger dollar for a nm primo pressing of this seminal Blue Note Date, but just really want to own the real first pressing in VG/VG+ condition with Big Bold BN signature playback sound that fills the ROOM!!! then this is the one....


bidding on an BLUE NOTE (BLP-1595) ORIGINAL DEEP GROOVE PRESSING ( evaluate photos)- FIRST PRESSING 'ear engraved' - heavy vinyl with lots of life left as the earlier pressings paly well despite surface marks; this one grades VG Side One - intermittent surface noise on track in.. NO POPS!! (play graded on my vintage Thorens' TT, see photo) -this is by no means a audiophile LP, BUT if you are looking for the real deal- a true first pressing DEEP GROOVE Blue Note and are expecting that BIG and BOLD playback signature sound know by early pressings, and can live with some intermittent surface noise on track ins, then this is your LP; priced to move and I ship this week for sure...
