Description
My grading policy is the standard VG 6, VG+ 7, NM 8, M 9 and GEM 10. Any of the records I list with any of these grades will be excellent playing copies that will be more than satisfactory to serious collectors. All of my records have been stored in a dry, smoke free environment and protected in Japanese resealable sleeves. I ship with four sturdy flat inserts and new lp boxes. I pack with the thought that others would like to receive their rare records the way I like to receive them. Winners outside the United States will have to wait until I can determin a shipping BY AIR amount. I no longer ship to other countries by surface delivery because it takes a lifetime to arrive!!
Over the years my tasts in music has changed, and I have decided to list a few lp's each week that I no longer collect. Quality is very important in my collecting, so check back each week as I'm sure there will be listings for everyone.
For your consideration, I am listing a gorgeous copy of "BLUE MOON" by the Marcels on the original gold Clopix label in GEM 10 condition. The record has never been played. Originally sealed, I opened it 10 years ago for a possible trade to make sure it was a gold label. The vinyl has incredible lusture that is stunning at best. The labels I will grade as a MINT 9 only because of a frey on the center hole of side two which was from the manufacturing process. The cover is in the original shrink and has perfect seams and spine. Very tiny corner bump on the upper right corner, so I will give the cover a MINT 9 grade. The record comes with the original "onion skin" inner sleeve. Just a great record all the way around! I have placed a very small reserve on this as the record does turn up, but not in this condition.
