LABEL no.: NEL 6002
COVER: VG++. Soft shiny-like gatefold cover printed in Holland by Bruin B.V. Zaandam. Very solid and clean, slight corner wear.
VINYL: VG+. Very shiny and clean, some very faint paper scuffs, and a thin hairline on side 1. Has slight noise!!
LABEL CONDITION: a few light spindle marks.
MATRIX nos.: WWA006A-1/B-1
YEAR: 1976. Originally issued in 1970.
MONO/STEREO: STEREO
COMMENTS: UK 2nd pressing album. The iconic debut album from Sabbath!!! Who can ever forget hearing for the first time the opening title track with bells, rain, and then the great power chords from guitarist Tony Iommi ....and then Ozzy's creepy vocals!!! Simply amazing!! 7 tracks, but the UK pressing differs from the US version in that it substitutes the song Evil Woman for Wicked World and is a gatefold cover.

PROMO albums are usually 1st pressings, they get released prior to the stock copies, and are generally as close to the master tape as the listener can obtain. They are pressed in extremely limited quantities, many get trashed by radio stations, but collecting them in top quality has been my specialty for many years. I also sell some hard to find ORIGINAL stock US, UK and Canadian pressings LP's. AND AS ALWAYS...ALL records are from MY OWN PERSONAL collection of over 50 years and....NO JUNK!!!
ALL my vinyl is visually graded and then PLAY graded on a REGA P3 turntable, through a McINTOSH MA6300 Integrated Amplifier which pushes (4) original JBL Century 100 speakers!!!
I clean all my records with a PROFESSIONAL Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine and pack ALL records carefully!! FIRST, the records are cleaned, then placed in the inner sleeve outside of the record cover and inserted into a clear plastic outer record sleeve. SECOND, albums are bubble wrapped for safety and mailed in a STRONG cardboard record mailer box!!
