NM for both sleeve and LP, no obi included (paper band containing the release info in Japanese).

However, this is definitely a Japanese release from 1972 (consulted Discogs for the necessary info). It has a small ¥2000 price on the bottom right hand corner of the back cover, also to be found on bottom right hand corner of inner gatefold with Japanese characters regarding release info (as pictured).
