VARIOUS - BITE HARD: THE MUSIC DE WOLFE STUDIO SAMPLER 1972-80. Barely Breaking Even Records BBELP010 UK Stereo LP 1998. ORIGINAL PRESSING. Condition: VG+(very light storage wear)/VG+(very light surface marks).
The first compilation from the biggest, baddest and best library music label issued in 1998 (and long deleted as BBE are defunct) so the emphasis is on drum breaks, drum breaks and more drum breaks! You get a whole range of cool dark blaxploitation crime cop funk sound track stuff - superb fuzz guitar funk, funky-as-hell beats, early analogue electronic synthesizer and even a lovely ambient synth cosmic track from 1980. Includes ALL previously un-released music including cues used on The Sweeney TV soundtrack, Shaw Bros. Kung Fu film soundtracks and a myriad other places like seventies porn soundtracks, cult BBC tv, sci-fi & horror films and NFL Films to name just a few. Cool library artwork!
