All vinyl listed on auction has been cleaned, played and visually inspected so that you may bid with confidence. Albums (LPs) and Extended Plays (EPs) are sent with the record outside of the cover (to prevent ring-wear) before being safely packed.
Where required, the sleeves have been cleaned with a secret formula to eradicate as much ring-wear and built up dirt as possible.
My Postage and Handling fees include $1.40 for a quality padded bag purchased from the Post Office for 45’s and EP’S. Plus, $1.50 proper fold over pack for LP’S, so please take this into account when you are leaving feedback for Postal Charges. Also if I am selling an LP, charges will vary from region to region.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you win a record in one of my auctions that I have graded as VG this will not mean after I post said record, that it will UPGRADE itself to Minus Mint during the journey to your destination. If I have a minimum bid of say $29.95 that is all I expect to receive for the item BUT if you end up bidding $164.95 (which would be well over the minimum price I commenced with) that was your choice to pay that! Not Mine! Please take responsibility for your own actions on the original grading!
Do not make me your target for Buyers Remorse.
For grading purposes I play side one only of an EP or 45 (mainly the ‘A’ side) and a few tracks on side one of an LP and/or as long as it takes me to put the item on. The remainder of the grading is perceived visual.
I grade records on a perceived appearance/playing basis. I combine them (playing and appearance) for an overall grading. This means that the record may be Excellent but the cover VG+ but I will grade the overall as Vg++. I believe this to be the most effective way of grading both the record and the sleeve as a combined unit. Some records can look ordinary but they play well and vikky vika.

I am only talking legitimate reasons here.
PLEASE NOTE
I use the English Record Collectors Magazine for grading guidelines.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks, the occasional click and the odd light scratch and/or surface marks. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
For records which appear to fall between the accepted grades, + and - are also often added to the grading. Grading can be very subjective. Some sellers are very liberal with their grading, whereby, others like me, are very hard. I look at the vinyl, grade it then drop it by one grade. It has served me well for many years. Refer my feedback.
