Description
Hello. I'm a new ebay seller, but have collected vinyl since 1958. I have thousands of albums, and I'm at the point where I must let them go. I promise that I will process orders with the care and service of an established ebay seller. My descriptions are as detailed as possible. I've researched selling prices to determine starting points, and I'm playing some non sealed albums as well as visually grading them under bright light.
COVER: This is probably a VG+. There is a small slight bend on the bottom right, and a small 1 inch bend on the upper left. The cover is a thinner cardboard, like European pressings, and there is ring wear on front and back, but it is more of a minor indentation rather than a discoloration or blackening. The inner sleeve has indentations and the lyrics and picture are clear and visible.
VINYL: There are no visible flaws or scratches on the record surfaces. There are few minor paper scuffs from taking the album in and out. It looks VG++ to MN-
PLAYING: Both sides were played on a high end turntable at maximum treble. There is MINIMAL surface noise. Maybe a 1 or 2 out of 10 max. It does not interfere with the pleasure of listening to this masterpiece and is only evident in the very quiet parts. I've recently bought NEW 180 gram remasters with more background noise.
On "Magic," side 1 track 4, there was a skip when it was being played at <1 gram. When this was changed to 1.25 grams it didn't skip.
