Condition: RECORDS ARE IN VG++ CONDITION, BOOKLET IS NM AND THE BOX IS VG+ DUE TO MINOR WEAR ON TOP LEFT BACK CORNER AND SMALL WRITING ON THE BACK COVER (SEE PICTURES)
Most records are visually graded. In certain circumstances, I will play a record to get the most accurate grading.
I use "Record Collector" grading method (Mint, NM, EX, VG, etc.)
My highest grade for a non-sealed records is usually NM (Near Mint) I will grade it as Mint only if it's sealed or if I am 100% certain that this record was hardly played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.

Records are wrapped in bubble-nylon and packed in a high-quality cardboard record mailer.
