BECK - Golden Feelings cassette (Sonic Enemy se-002 1993)
This is a very rare original copy of Beck's first ever full-length release. This is the original cassette release, not a duplicate (covers were photocopies and the cassette labels were handwritten by label boss Peter Hughes on white stick-on paper labels). Not sure how many copies of this were made but Sonic Enemy was a pretty small label (also released DiskothiQ and Mountain Goats), so I'm guessing the quantities were 500 or less. The fold-out cover is in excellent condition and has "Beck" hand-written in gold pen on the spine. Also comes with a pink insert with 'Everything in this BOX is False' written on it. A nice, guaranteed original copy of this extremely rare tape. Check my other auctions for more cassettes and many other Beck items. These items have all come from a single owner/original purchaser, a very well-cared for collection.

I have been a record collector and a respected dealer for over 20 years. I grade conservatively on a scale of:
SEALED, NM, EX, VG+, and VG. I generally won't sell anything under VG.
NM: means it looks basically new, perhaps with the sort of negligible wear a record would get after a week in a store; vinyl is shiny with no notable marks.
EX: means light wear to vinyl or sleeve, nothing significant.
VG+: means a solid copy with minor signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG: a typical used copy with obvious signs of wear and likely light to moderate surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages. NOT trashed
