This is a really rare find as these Fourth Proof sleeves were withdrawn as soon as the print was spotted on the inner sleeve, to find one at all is rare but to find one in superb condition like this one is virtually unheard of!
The labels and vinyl sufaces are in superb condition with just a couple of very very light marks, the labels have some very light spidering on the spindle holes, the sound quality is as the day it was pressed.
The original cutouts are still present and are mint, and even the orinal patented inner sleeve is here making this a totally complete example.
Overall this is a superb and highly sought after example.
