This is a UK FIRST press MONO copy of "help" by the beatles on the black/yellow parlophone with "the gramophone co" and "sold in uk" text PMC 1255
This is a fantastic copy that has looks to be in AMAZING CONDITION!! as it has a WHITE COVER!!
But what makes this very special is the stampers of 1A/1R which means that this copy is ONE OF THE FIRST PRESSED COPIES!!,and it looks and plays NEAR MINT!!
The dead wax and mother stampers are as follows
side 1: XEX 549-2 (1-A)
side 2: XEX 550-2 (1-R)

The record is very clean,ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE SEEN...it lies flat with no warp,it has no fingernail scratches or bad marks at all that i could see..full gloss with no groove wear..it shines like a mirror!!!
It plays fantastic the tracks sound near mint from the very quiet run on through all the tracks..the beatles at their very best!! with a little light static crackle between some tracks which is normal for original sixties records ,it does not stick or jump
The parlophone labels which have the "gramophone co ltd "and "sold in uk "text have no tears or stickers and are very clean.just a few light spindle marks which are hardly visisible
The original garrod & lofthouse patents pending cover is very clean and white .The front has no laminate damage and no tears,stickers or writing just a tiny bit of handling wear near the spine.The seams and spine have no splits and the spine text is clear and readable.The back is also very white with just a few flipback creases and a little light aeging near the opening.this again is hardly noticeable
