I have been Collecting Beatles Records & Original Memorabilia for over 45 years.  Due to my continued Poor health I have RELUCTANTLY decided to sell various  quality records from My Collection.
All my offerings will be mostly of  UPGRADE QUALITY  and FIRST PRESSINGS. and are offered with an AUDIO REPORT after a very careful play of the entire disc.
I will only be listing ONE or TWO quality records at a time.
All Photographs are of the actual items being offered.

Both the Sleeve & Disc/s are carefully inspected under my DOUBLE HALOGEN LAMP

‘THE BEATLES ‘  known as the ‘ WHITE ALBUM ’
( UPGRADE CONDITION )

This is a simply wonderful example of The Beatles ‘ WHITE ALBUM ‘
UK 1968 FIRST PRESSING STEREO. ( TOP LOADER ) with the embossed  ‘THE BEATLES’  And  the albums individual number to the front.
This Album is in  SUPERB  all round condition with barely played discs and comes with 100% ORIGINAL PRE – DECEMBER 1968 COMPONENTS. Comprising-
The two ORIGINAL Black Die Cut Inners,
FOUR FIRST PRINT PHOTOGRAPHS  ( Glossy card stock )& ORIGINAL SPACER !!
FIRST PRINT POSTER- Garrod & Lofthouse heavier stock, lipstick poster with the                          EXTRA WORDING, ( ‘I LOVE YOU ‘) printed  in red from                                           Soth to north across the lipstick part of the poster..
Note; Only the very first print run posters carry this extra wording.

KT TAX CODES TO  THE CENTRE OF BOTH !! DISCS., 
To find a copy of this album with one KT Tax Code is rare, but to find the KT Tax Code to BOTH discs is very rare indeed.

All 4 labels carry the ‘ SOLD IN THE UK SUBJECT…..’ label text above the spindle hole.
Disc labels Sides 2 & 3 BOTH ! carry the KT Tax Code to the centre.

CONDITION;
DISC 1;      LABELS,            * MINT- *       * MINT - *
Both labels are in absolutely PRISTINE condition, all the lettering and background colour Looks perfect. Under My Double Halogen lamp there are just a very few of the faintest small Spindle trails, The side 2 label clearly shows the KT Tax Code to the centre.
DISC 2;      LABELS,            * MINT- *       * MINT- *
Both labels are in the same PRISTINE condition as disc 1, The side 3 label clearly shows The KT Tax Code to the centre. The spindle holes on both discs are in perfect condition and show NO, detectable spindle Hole wear whatsoever.  Inside both spindle holes still retain their original black colour.

DISCS 1 & 2; VISUAL,       In normal daylight,        * MINT- *       * MINT- *                                               Under Double Halogen      EX+                 EX++
Both discs display their fabulous original deep black gloss sheen, during a very careful Inspection of all four playing surfaces I could detect no more than a very few of the Faintest ultra fine hairlines throughout, on disc 1, side 1, two of the fine hairlines are a  Little longer. The wispy ultra fine hairlines are consistent with the discs being removed and replaced Within their poly – lined storage sleeves.
It would be very difficult to find this album with four better looking surfaces than these.

AUDIO ; DISCS 1 & 2,             * MINT- *         * MINT- * !!
As you would expect from these fabulous quality discs the audio on BOTH discs Is simply sublime. During one very careful play of all four sides the audio was absolutely FLAWLESS !! All tracks played with NO detectable interference of any kind, even on The quieter tracks, in between tracks was also TOTALLY SILENT the only interference  That I detected was a couple of very faint pops on the run in on side 4. It was a sheer joy to listen to the stunning audio sound. Absolutely remarkable for discs that are over 40 years old.
Both discs lie perfectly flat with no warping or dishing.

PHOTOGRAPHS;       * MINT *,      * MINT *,     * MINT *    * MINT- *
All 4 photographs are FIRST PRINT RUN PRE - DECEMBER 1968  and are printed on thicker stock than the later ones,  The Portraits carry darker colour images with more light and dark shade. They are all in wonderful original condition, when held in bright daylight I could  detect only one very light small crease within Johns Portrait.

ORIGINAL SPACER ;           EX++
This is indeed a rare survivor and is very hard to find with an original copy as most of them were Immediately discarded as superfluous to the album.

POSTER;       EX+
This is the ORIGINAL VERY FIRST PRINT RUN POSTER, by Garrod & Lofthouse And printed on heavier stock, with the lipstick and EXTRA WORDING  ( as described above ). The Poster is in superb original condition, on careful inspection it shows just a couple  Of very small nicks to the folded seams and a little light creasing and  a small amount Of light age toning. It is a lovely FIRST PRINT example.

BLACK INNER SLEEVES ;      EX+,     EX++.
As serious collectors will know these ORIGINAL  black die cut inner sleeves were Made from very flimsy lightweight paper , simply not up to the job of carrying A heavy vinyl disc. BOTH  these ORIGINAL  black inners have survived better than most They both show NO SEAM SPLITS whatsoever. One of the die cut circles shows  NO nicks or tares and the other shows just two small Nicks and a tiny nick to the top open edge. Both the inners obviously show some inevitable light ring wear.
(Fortunately after a couple of years of buying this album I transferred the discs into Poly – lined inners to save any further damage to these delicate inners.)

SLEEVE ;     
This Garrod & Lofthouse fully laminated top loader sleeve SUPERB CONDITION WITH A LOVELY CLEAN HIGH GLOSS LAMINATE SHEEN..  It carries the embossed ‘ THE BEATLES ‘ and the individual number 0419986  to the front bottom right.
CONDITION; 
FRONT;              EX+
The front panel is in excellent condition, it is bright white with NO laminate lift or peel The embossing is PRISTINE, the front top & bottom right hand corner show two very Light creases more so to the top corner.
SIDE SEAMS ,                * MINT - *
Both side seams are absolutely AS NEW !! completely unmarked and show NO WEAR WHATSOEVER !!

BOTTOM SEAMS;        EX++
Both the bottoms seams are in lovely condition with NO seam splits  or wear,  The bottom corners of the seams show just a very tiny amount of rubbing which is negligible.

TOP OPENING SEAMS;    EX++
Both the top opening seams retain their crisp & sharp original condition with NO nicks Or splits.
SPINE ;         * MINT- *  !!
The spine is in the best condition that I have ever seen, It retains its original firmness, All the gold lettering is as new, there is NO, laminate peel or lift whatsoever.
BACK PANEL ;      EX++
Again this is in superb clean condition with NO laminate lift or peel. When held in bright Light there is just one small white laminate spider and the word Stereo in the top right hand Corner shows light fading to the bottom of the letter ‘S’ only.
INNER GATEFOLD ;       * MINT – *  !!!
There is little that I can say about the inside save for it is simply stunning.  The Inner Spine is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT  , and factory fresh, as clean as the day  it was produced and is consistent with it being virtually never opened from new.

In my opinion this is without doubt one of the very best  first press examples of this  Iconic album to be offered for sale in recent years. It is an excellent investment for the serious Beatles collector and can only continue to  Appreciate in value, Very hard to find in this condition with all original components.
Selling this album after 40 years is like parting with an old friend ( Serious Beatles Collectors will know exactly what I mean )
