Description
This is an original 1964 Picture Sleeve with 45 Record on the Vee Jay
record label titled "Do You Want To Know A Secret" B/W "Thank You Girl"
by THE BEATLES. The record itself has Black (with colorband) labels with the letters
MR (with a circle around it) machine stamped in the matrix area of the vinyl (on the
"Thank You Girl" side) and both MR and Audio Matrix are machine stamped on the
"Do You Want To Know A Secret" side. Both labels are bevelled (at an angle) towards
the center hole. It does not show up in the pictures below. The colorband has deep,
rich colors. Record and sleeve number is VJ-587.
The record is stiff and rigid. It has shiny, glistening vinyl that has NO scratches or Scuffs
and does have a few light paper whiskers that show up under a bright light...gorgeous!
The labels are in beautiful shape also. NO pitting or pot holes. NO wear is exhibited.
It grades at NEAR-MINT 8/9.
The white areas on the record vinyl are caused from my camera flash
...they do not really exist on the vinyl!
The record sleeve has the original wrap-around style seams (it is not acounterfeit) and
it also has rich vibrant colors . NO rips, slits or tears. NO surface wear. This comes out
of a collector's personal collection. NO writing, NO touch up! This original sleeve is
in Superb shape and it grades at NEAR-MINT 9.
It would be extremely difficult to find this duo in better shape and to know that
everything is original and authenticate. Both items will be shipped to the winning
bidder in a Japanese protective plastic sleeve as we aim to please our customers.
