BEATLES UK, Rubber Soul, stereo stickered sleeve & crossover record labels, UK LP.

PCS 3075, black and yellow stereo Parlophone record labels.

A UK 'stereo' copy in original condition, featuring:

1. an unusual original EMI factory period 'stereo' sticker on the front, top right hand corner of the sleeve,

2. stereo 'crossover' record labels, as side one the text, 'Sold in UK', etc is not printed, but on side two the text, 'Sold in UK', etc 'is' printed on the record label,

3. there are NO letters, ie 'tax codes' embossed around the spindle holes on the record labels,

4. original UK stereo 'deep groove' appearance to each of the playing surfaces that can be seen when the record is angled to the light,

5. comes with its original period EMI, red and white advertising inner sleeve.

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition, the front of the sleeve is laminated. There is just one slight, small 'thumb' crease to the laminate. The spine is in excellent condition and has remained clean white and straight and all of the text on the spine is clear to read. The sleeve features the original UK period 1960s, tri 'flipback' design, ie fold over edges. There are NO splits, tears, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve.

THE INNER SLEEVE: is in excellent+ condition and is the original period EMI, red and white advertising inner sleeve. The two opening edges have remained very clean. An excellent, clean white fresh original well preserved inner sleeve. Theres NO pen writing, splits, tears, stickers or sticker residue to the inner sleeve.

THE RECORD: side one is in very good++ condition, side two is in excellent condition. The record is made of the original quality period ‘thick, heavy’ vinyl. Each of the playing surfaces have remained dark and glossy.

The records matrix is : YEX 178 - 3 and YEX 179 - 3,

The records 'mother / stampers' are: ‘2 RR’ and ‘2 GT’.

THE AUDIO: each side of the record plays excellent++, each side of the record plays with excellent quiet grooves. The record plays with a full loud, clear period 'stereo' sound. The record lays flat on the turntable.

THE RECORD LABELS: side one is in excellent+ condition, side two is in excellent++ condition. Each of the record labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.

TO GRADE THE CONDITION OF THE RECORD I AM USING THE OFFICIAL GRADING SYSTEM FROM THE ‘RECORD COLLECTOR’ MAGAZINE.

PACKING - ALL RECORDS ARE POSTED WITH MULTI LAYERED CARD STIFFENERS FOR PROTECTION.BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVES, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.
