On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called "Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE BEATLES RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE PARLOPHONE LABEL - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'DARKER GREEN' INSERT (LATER ONES WERE LIGHTER GREEN INSTEAD!), AND 'RED/WHITE' INNER SLEEVE - WHICH IS FOR ONCE COMPLETELY UNSPLIT, WITH NO REPAIRS EITHER!!!!

THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS AN ULTRA RARE 'FACTORY SAMPLE' 1ST PRESSING (AND IS 100% GENIUNE - COMING FROM THE SAME COLLECTION OF OTHER 'FACTORY SAMPLES' I ALSO HAVE LISTED THIS WEEK!)!!!!  AND AGAIN, THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  'FACTORY SAMPLE' PRESSINGS WERE ONLY EVER PRESSED IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS (NO MORE THAN A HUNDRED COPIES AT THE VERY MOST!), AND WERE ONLY EVER USED FOR 'IN-HOUSE' USE BY EMI / PARLOPHONE THEMSELVES (FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES), 'EMPLOYEE' COPIES ('STICKERED' TO STOP RE-SALE), OR VERY OCCASSIONALLY ONE WAS GIVEN OUT TO 'IMPORTANT VISITORS' TO THE FACTORY - SUCH AS PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS FOR EXAMPLE!!!!  'FACTORY SAMPLES' WERE NEARLY ALWAYS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE - AND ARE TRULY EXCEPTIONALLY HARD TO FIND TODAY, AS BARELY ANY EXIST!!!!  BARELY ANY 'FACTORY SAMPLE' 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER MADE - MAKING THIS LP OF THE UTMOST RARITY!!!!

BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP ALMOST UNIQUE (BARELY ANY CAN EXIST LIKE THIS TODAY!) - IS THAT IT HAS NO LAMINATE SHRINKAGE AT ALL!!!!  WHEN ALL 1960s COVERS WERE MADE, THE LAMINATE WAS ALWAY FINISHED PROPERLY RIGHT UP TO THE VERY EDGES OF ANY 1960s COVER!!!!  OF COURSE, OVER THE YEARS (USUALLY DUE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGES) THE LAMINATE SHRINKS - AND LEAVES LINES ALONG FLIPBACKS AND OPENING EDGES WHERE THE LAMINATE IS MISSING.  THIS IS KNOWN AS 'NATURAL SHRINKAGE' AND IS UNAVOIDABLE UNLESS PROPER STORAGE IN MAINTAINED!!!!  AND THIS IS WHY YOU FIND COVERS WITH LARGE SHRINKAGE ALONG THE EDGES & FLIPBACKS, AND SOME WITH LESS SHRINKAGE.  AND SO IT IS TRULY AMAZING TO FIND A SGT PEPPER 1ST PRESSING WITH ABSOLUTELY NO LAMINATE SHRINKAGE AT ALL!!!!  THIS LP WAS STORED PERFECTLY SINCE 1967 - WITH NO TEMPERATURE CHANGES AND NO HOUSE MOVES.  IT WAS ALWAYS STORED IN A PLASTIC SLEEVE FROM NEW - AND THUS HAS REMAINED IN TRULY AMAZING CONDITION!!!!  AND NO MATTER WHERE YOU LOOK ON THIS COVER - THERE IS NO LAMINATE SHRINKAGE AT ALL!!!!  THERE IS NONE ON THE OPENING EDGES, NONE ON THE FLIPBACKS, AND EVEN THE INSIDE SPINE HAS PERFECT LAMINATE HERE - WITH NO CRINKLING AND NO LIFTING!!!!  SO IF YOU WANT TO SEE WHAT THIS COVERS LAMINATE ORIGINALLY LOOKED LIKE IN 1967 - THEN LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!  IT SURELY MUST BE CONSIDERED AS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY!!!!

No is PMC 7027 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! 

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASN'T BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, only 2 or 3 absolutely TINY surface marks, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS SUPERB!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO skips, barely ANY clicks AT ALL, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY low level background sound in places (though mostly NONE!)!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better - though I suspect that most would grade FAR higher here!!!!  SUPERB RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Red/White' inner sleeve which absolutely SUPERB condition, and is COMPLETELY UNSPLIT with absolutely NO repairs AT ALL!!!!  THE ULTRA RARE 'DARKER GREEN' INSERT IS IN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME CONDITION - AND CLEARLY HASNT EVER LEFT THE COVER!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Flipback FULLY Laminated MONO Cover is in absolutely AWESOME condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, barely ANY corner wear AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO splits, barely ANY creases AT ALL (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), STUNNING shiny laminate, NO rips, NO tears, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  AND INCREDIBLY THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO LAMINATE SHRINKAGE AT ALL!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL (virtually ZERO!)!!!!  Even the laminated inside of the cover is in AWESOME condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, STUNNING flipbacks, VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent++++ if not MINT(Minus)!!!!  AWESOME COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!

PLEASE NOTE - I will be going into hospital to have a bone re-set in my foot on Friday 28th July (fun!).  Now of course, this won't take long (I hope!) and I will around to answer questions as normal!  However, I will need the all clear from the doctors to walk on it again, and therefore post my items.  My normal despatch day is Thursdays, and to be honest, I don't see that being affected.  However, if I am unlucky I might be told not to walk on it for 7 days.  In which case despatch may be delayed until Friday 4th or the following Monday.  As I said, this is VERY unlikely indeed, but I thought it best to be as clear as possible, in case there is a small delay.  And please don't let this put you off this AWESOME item - and good luck if you decide to bid....
