The Beatles - 'Beatles For Sale No. 2' E.P. GEP 8938.
The Beatles 1965 UK 1st pressing of the 'Beatles For Sale No. 2' E.P. Released on the 4th June 1965, and offered here in wonderful EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT condition. This E.P was a particularly poor seller back in 1965 making this now one of the rarer Beatles E.P's to obtain.
Released on the Parlophone label both sides feature the 'Sold in UK....' text and have 'The Parlophone Co.Ltd...' rim print. The 'KT' tax code is embossed on the side two label. The vinyl comes housed within the original front laminated flip back sleeve which unusually fails to state any manufacturer on the rear. A wonderful example of this rare Beatles E.P.
The Matrix numbers are:
Side 1. 7TCE 874-1 3 GD KT
Side 2. 7TCE 875-1 4 GA KT
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition.
Both labels are in VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT condition. NO DAMAGE but some small spots of what looks to be mold? This would easily come off with the correct cleaning method and grade higher.
The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.
