Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

MEGA RARE UK PARLOPHONE EXPORT LP!
This auction is for an extremely rare and insanely collectible copy of the Beatles LP 'Something New'.
This is the original UK Export pressing on the yellow / black Parlophone label!!
This LP was originally released in America on the Capitol label but was also pressed in tiny, tiny quantites by Parlophone in the UK specifically to export to various European countries. The C prefix to the PCS catalogue number is indiciative of this album originally being a Capitol release.
Today, these original export copies are insanely difficult to find due to how few were manufactured back in the day, and are now highly collectible!

Title Something New Year of Release 1964 Catalogue Number CPCS 101 Label Yellow / Black Parlophone with 'Gramophone' rimtext Tax Code on Disc KJT Sleeve Manufacturer Garrod and Lofthouse Side 1 Matrix Number YEEX 7-B12 Side 2 Matrix Number YEEX 8-B12 Side 1 Stampers 1 / P Side 2 Stampers 1 / O Cover Condition The cover is in VG condition. It's holding up okay but is showing its age a little. The front is clean with a good colour and some light laminate rubbing. There are some small creases in the laminate, mostly around the edges and the mouth edge. Top seam is holding fine. Bottom seam has worn just slightly right in the middle but has not split. The spine is holding fine with no splits or tears, and just a few little creases running through it. All of the print on the spine is legible and not worn. The back has a little, light staining and grubbiness as you can see in the photo below, but it's not excessive. A previous owner called Ran Golan (that's how it looks to me) has written their name in blue pen up next to where the catalogue number is. Overall, looking good, but showing its age a little. Inner Sleeve Condition - Inserts Condition - Disc Condition(VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in VG condition. The disc has a nice shine to it but has a fair amount of light and slightly more heavier scuffs all over the playing surface. Nothing deep or serious though. Label Condition The labels are in EX- condition. The labels are clean bar a tiny scuff next to the £ symbol on the side 1 label. Other than that the labels are clean with no writing, wear, stickers etc. There's some light spindlewear and a touch of whitening around the centrehole.
All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.
