Description
It is possible that these records were never played prior to my possession. This box came with a very large collection of NM classical promo records. Disc 1 does show signs of handling, but any imperfections might have occurred during storage. Discs 2 and 3 seemed minty. All three discs visually look very close to NM. I play tested all of them twice. Sounds amazing. Very special indeed. Initially there was occasional crackle (I of course used vinyl brush prior to playing). This didn’t seem to make sense due to the visual grade. Then I used record store vinyl cleaner spray and brushed again. That seemed to eliminate almost all of the random crackles, supporting my theory that any imperfections are only storage related. It isn’t clear to me whether or not the front cover is supposed to be attached to the box. You can see in the photos the tears and wear along the edge. Two of the edges of the box are split, that is why I graded G+ even though the front cover looks really nice! Insert included, see photos. Promo stamp. I’ll include the original inner sleeves and ultimate diskeeper inner sleeves.
