I purchased this collection in 1985 and copied it immediately onto cassette to preserve it in near-mint condition. I doubt if there’s a single skip in the entire set. Most sides have been played a half dozen times or less. I am using the standard definition for near mint: Almost mint, but may have very few barely visible marks on the playing surface. The sound quality remains almost perfect.

The boxes are another story. They were not acid-free and have decayed to the point where the sides of the boxes have fallen away in many volumes. The slip covers are fine. They all come with detailed liner notes in German and most have a shorter separate English translation as well.
