Description
Up for auction today is an original authentic stereo copy of Introducing the Beatles by the Beatles on Vee-Jay 1062. It is authentic in every way. The cover is in excellent condition, with barely any wear. The only wear is on the upper left corner pictured, which is small. The rest of the seams show very little wear. The back is white, with just a few tiny dirt marks. The cover has the requisite colors, the shadow behind George, and the seams have the 1/4" foldovers on the inside. The record is in excellent condition, also, with just a few tiny marks and great shine. The label has the requisite Introducing The Beatles and The Beatles together above the spindle hole, a 3/4" trail-off, the right colors on the rainbow around the label peremiter and a machine-stamped MR in a circle in the trail-off. The MR stands for Monarch Records in California, so this is a west coast pressing. This would make an excellent addition to your Beatles collection, plus the fact that this is the real deal.
The play grade is Vg+, for it does have a little background noise, but not too bad. It plays in true stereo, as it should.
