Description

For sale is Annette Peacock's X-Dreams, originally released in 1979 by The Tomato Music Company. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is stamped "Sterling", signifying that this record was mastered at Masterdisk. N,Y.C.. This is a hallmark of superior sound quality sought after by collectors and music lovers alike. I bought this used, and like all my albums, cleaned it and immediately put it away into a protective inner sleeve. This protects the integrity of the vinyl and any original inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come with the record. The original "Paper Bag" inner sleeve is Near Mint. The cover is graded as VG+ because of stress cracks along the spine and edges, corner rubs and a ragged edge along the opening. The spine has color loss because a small tear in the middle, stress cracks and the corner rub. The vinyl is play graded and visually graded as a VG+ because there are smudge marks and surface scratches that produce some surface noise but no skipping. Like all my records, it's been professional cleaned on my VPI record cleaner, put into a MFSL archival inner sleeve and played on audiophile equipment while I owned it. This is still one of the best copies of this album that I have ever seen or heard and you would be hard pressed to find one in this condition, being that it is so very rare. I have other Rock and Roll records, as well as albums of all different genres in my Ebay store. Please take a look, as most of them are Near Mint. Thank you for viewing my listing.
I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative. I offer discounts for multiple sales. Photos are of the actual item for sale, not a stock photo. Please review all descriptions and photos because I do not accept returns. Thank you for looking!
