Original MONO pressing on heavy vinyl bearing "VAN GELDER" stamp & EAR mark in the trail off grooves
Label with "NEW YORK USA" address; bottom rear cover displays "Blue Note Records Inc,43west 61stSt.,New York23"
Original fited Blue Note inner sleeve
Vinyl grading: Mint-; pristine playing surface
Cover grading: Mint-; very light shelfwear; no discoloration or writing; seams and spine are strong
