ART BLAKEY’S JAZZ MESSENGERS WITH THELONIOUS MONK
Issue : UK 1st PRESS        Label : LONDON       Catalogue No : SAH-K 6017
Matrix : AMZ 1224-1K / AMZ 1225-1K
This UK 1st press is on the blue London label. It is complete with the original heavy vinyl, earliest matrix, the polylined inner sleeve and laminated lightweight flipback sleeve.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. It has a sensational high gloss, with no sign of play in the grooves at all. There are just a few wispy marks on both sides. The original blue and silver label is exceptionally bright and completely clean. The text is is sharp and there is no spindle wear.
The sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is exceptionally rich and vibrant. There are moments of slight background noise in quiet moments, but it still has superb audio separation and clarity.
The laminated sleeve is in Excellent condition. The laminate is sensational, glossy and flat. The colours are rich, the text is solid and the picture is clear. There is just the very slightest wear to the opening edge. The back of the sleeve is extremely clean and bright and the whole sleeve is bright.  783 (GS 7.0.5 (783))
