Legendary Jazz Drummer art Blakey and his group, The Jazz Messengers perform ALAMODE, INVITATION, CIRCUS, YOU DON"T KNOW WHAT LOVE IS, I HEAR A RHAPSODY, GEE BABY AIN'T I GOOD TO YOU.
The personal on this album are Curtis Fuller, Lee Morgan, Wayne Shorter, Robert Timmons, Jymie Merritt, and of course, Art on Drums. WOW - what a group!
The record is near mint - a surface scratch or two guaranteed not to affect sound. Record has not been played less than 6 times in the last 50 years (I am original owner ). The Sleeve is the gatefold type. It has a ding or two at the corners. It's still has that original shine. The name "Bil" is written on the back and a small pricing code in a circle is on the back (see photo).
