COVER CONDITION Excellent minus (EX -), The company sleeve has slight wear
RECORD CONDITION Excellent to Mint minus (EX to M-) the record looks great and the labels look great and has a promo sticker and writing on the label.
GENERAL COMMENTS This is always a hard 45 to find, let alone in this sort of condition. This would probably be your only chance of a finding a copy this clean. I will be listing hundreds of rare 45's over the coming months and records will only be sent registered mail .
