A beautiful re-mastering of the Verve originally captured in 1958.
It features Anita O'Day at Mister Kelly's, Chicago's long gone jazz club, that used to thrill many in its day. (Shame that.)
Selections include BUT NOT FOR ME, VARSITY DRAG, TEA FOR TWO (at the speed of light), STAR EYES, HAVE YOU MET MISS JONES, and THE SONG IS YOU, among others.
Everything is "right there," stage comments, banter, clinking of glasses…here in the very fine Japanese release: Cover without fault, just browning with age; record inside will play near mint.

Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $15 via airmail for the first LP, $3 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
