On offer here is a VERY rare flexidisc indeed (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Blaydon Races" by Alexis Korner Blues Incorporated called 'Blaydon Races'.  The B side is called 'Up Town'.  This is UK 1962 1st pressing on the 1st Press Lyntone label!!!! THIS FLEXIDISC IS SERIOUSLY RARE - AND IS ONE OF THE RAREST POSSIBLE ALEXIS KORNER RECORDS EVER!!!!  THIS FLEXIDISC WAS GIVEN AWAY WITH ONE ISSUE OF 'TRIO' MAGAZINE AND TODAY IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THE MAGAZINE WASNT A HUGE SELLER - AND NEARLY EVERY COPY OF THIS MEGA RARE FLEXIDISC THAT WAS GIVEN AWAY WITH IT HAS BEEN LOST.  THIS FLEXISDISC IS HUGELY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!!  THIS IS THE 1962 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS LYNTONE LABEL.  THIS FLEXISDISC IS MASSIVELY RARE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL UK Lyntone 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Lyntone label and the Cat No is LYN 298/299.  Any fan of Alexis Korner, Blues Incorporated or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The flexidisc labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear (apart from some VERY minor and VERY difficult to see scuffing to one side), and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS FLEXIDISC HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The flexidisc is in GREAT condition has survived VERY well indeed!!!!  Most of these 60s flexidiscs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This flexidisc is NOT and the first thing to mention is that the flexidisc is 100% flat and is NOT bent like so many other flexidiscs from this period!!!!  The flexidisc has NO scratches, only a few light hairlines, and only some VERY light scuffing only visible under light!!!! All of the above are VERY light and there is NO nasty deep scratches, NO gouges and NO marks!!!!  It is also VERY important to note that these flexidiscs were NOT pressed from vinyl and are naturally a little 'misty' looking.  This is perfectly normal and ALL flexidiscs have this appearance.  It is also great to find that the playing of the flexidisc is EVEN BETTER than the visual!!!! It plays with NO nasty loud pops, only the very VERY occassional low level click (barely ANY), NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle!!!!  IT REALLY IS AMAZING HOW WELL THIS FLEXISDISC DOES PLAY!!!!  The flexidisc must STRICTLY grade Very Good (Minus) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better - though the playing grade is more like Very Good++!!!!  THIS FLEXIDISC IS AMAZINGLY RARE IN EVERY RESPECT AND PLAYS BRILLIANTLY!!!!  DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE RARITY AND IMPORTANCE OF THIS MAJOR RARITY!!!!  IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME BEFORE YOU SEE ANOTHER ONE OF THESE!!!!  Believe me this flexidisc is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The flexdisc comes in a plain white 'wavy topped' 1960s sleeve which is BRILLIANT condition (NO splits, etc) and could well be the ORIGINAL sleeve!!!!  THIS FLEXIDISC IS EXTREMELY RARE IN EVERY RESPECT, AND IT WILL SURELY BE AN INCREDIBLY LONG TIME BEFORE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE AGAIN TO OWN WHAT IS ONE OF THE ALL TIME ALEXIS KORNER RARITIES!!!!  SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
