Vinyl, VG+. Scuffs to both sides. No skips or jumps. 
The sleeve is EX. Small tear to opening. SEE PICS. 
Rhodesian / Zimbabwean sleeves were made from recycled board and as such are extremely crude and prone to wear.
A real rarity & a true survivor.
