Sleeve - VG+, Clean with some discoloration and peeling at the opening envelope style flap (pictured). Inner sleeve - lyric sheet inner sleeve excellent. Record - excellent,  white labels denoting promotional copy are clean. Record has a couple areas of concern (pictured).
