Description

Rare 1972 lp with textured gatefold sleeve by Gerald Fifer. Front cover shows signs of wear at base and at top right. All four corners are slightly worn. There is visible damage to the spine near the top and there are 3 visible scratches to the textured surface on the rear of the sleeve and the slightest pinch-crease at the opening. The inside of the gatefold is impeccable and the sleeve generally is quite striking.
The inner sleeve is plain white and may not be the original. The record is free of visible scratches or marks but does show signs of use. Paper dust has got into the inner sleeve and is visible in the outer grooves. I played the record once. It did not jump or skip. There were occasional pops and crackles but it would provide a suitable source for transfer to digital format with a minimum of cleaning-up.
