Our GRADING for bigbillkorst2 (Discogs too) is E+ (or NM) E, E-, V+, V, V- and Poor. Packing We ship these shellac records in cardboard squares surrounded by padding, floating inside a 12" x 12" x 4" box. We have had few problems with damage on the records we have shipped so far.
78RPM Melotone M 12887 Minnie the Moocher (Ho-De-Ho Song) / Reefer Man, V to V+ to V. This rare (original) c1933 record, I played parts of both sides, it sounded noisy and staticky VV- on the Moocher side. The Reefer has a bit less noise. At 15mm into Reefer, my player (average) HUNG UP!! on a stripped groove. After that it sounded a more VG sound. Visually this is decent wear and scattered scratches, smooth by touch. Labels have an average wear, see the photos. Graded visually. Will be in the heavy sleeve it has been stored in for decades. This comes from the bigbillkorst2 jazz collection.
