One of the scarcer Vocalion race 78s by Leroy Carr and Scrapper Blackwell.  Rather than one of the more formulated blues sides, "Papa Wants A Cookie" is from their "Papa" family of songs where papa is always up to something -- wanting a cookie, wanting to knock a jug, etc.  No wonder one day he finds himself on the house top.  Most gloss intact, just some light rub marks and scuffs.  From the Don Kent collection.
