I am happy to offer a true artifact, namely an ultimate and massive boxset of Steven Stapleton's Nurse With Wound, surely one of the most beautiful
ever produced, highest quality in every aspect! It was released in October 2009 on German Vinyl On Demand label with catalogue # VOD66.
This is the complete(!) "subscription members' only" edtion limited to 300 numbered copies (this is copy # 005) including:
- 4 black vinyl LPs housed in red velvet covers with black printing, 2 of them in gatefold cover
with an insert to each printed on heavy cardboard
- a red vinyl 10" in red velvet 10" cover with an insert printed on heavy cardboard
- a red vinyl 5" housed in black CD paper-envelope-style sleeve
- a soundcard of the same red velvet design, measuring 10 x 7", when opened playing a noise sound
- a 24 x 12" poster with similar artwork
- a red coloured T-Shirt (seize L) with black and golden printing
- a 2-sided numbered official certificate, one side black the other side in red velvet
- all is housed in a red velvet box and...
- ...a pillow/cushion case measuring 16 x 16"
The music reflects the early stage of Nurse With Wound and dates from the early to the mid 1980's. We have the first vinyl pressings of the
cassette only releases "Scrag", "Mi-Mort", "Nylon Coverin'/Body Smotherin'", numerous tracks contributed to countless international compilation cassettes
released during the 1980's, more than one hour of live recordings released on the Staaltape "Live in N.L. Centrum Amsterdam, 1984" and the LP/cassette

This boxset is a true piece of art and should not be missed by any serious lover and/or collector of experimental music. It's long sold out at the source
and already scarce, so don't sleep and let this beauty go. The set's coming from my own collection as a new and unplayed archive copy!
