Florida Garage Ultra Rare Rockin’ Roadrunners 1st Release “ Go Away/My Window” Lee C Records from Sanford and Orlando FL May 1966


Only 3 copies I can find selling online went for 149, 355 and 549 and have’t seen one listed since 2018…


The first single from this Central Florida Band and definitely the hardest one to find. I should know— my friend Angie and I were co-presidents of their fan club!

Record was produced by Michael Stone at Miami’s Criteria Studios.

This is not the best copy but not the worst either. Ive played it on two different turntables and it did not skip on either. Results on your equipment may vary. Features that original rice krispies “snap crackle & pop” you get with a well loved 1966 single.

Im not a grading expert just selling my collection to pay medical bills. I give it a VG to VG+ has some surface scratches for sure and the label written on one side (by me…that address is an empty lot now)
