Ok folks what we have here today is a very rare second state Beatles Yesterday and today "Butcher cover" stereo complete with Ringos black v-neck showing on through. This is very nice example of a second state butcher cover.These are very rare and collectible. The story gos that these were released featuring the fab four with dismembered baby dolls and raw beef strewn about hence the name butcher cover, supposedly it was too borderline for the American public and it was in circulation for a very short time(no more then several days i think) after which they were shipped back and had the more well known cover pasted over it. I am the second owner of this album and it is in very nice condition, it has a little shelf wear, it has no splitting what so ever and the the top right corner has about a fifth of an inch wear but not bad by any stretch of the imagination, it also has slight ring wear (but most albums this old do) there is a tiny bit of red ink (very very light amount and barely noticeable and easily removed, but i will leave that to who ever buys this gem).I myself am a avid Beatles collector but college related fees have come up and i will selling more Beatles memorabilia coming up.
