Record -- Mint : This vinyl shines like glass and looks un-played; it has no visible scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played. It has white promo/sample labels on each side with 3 sets of Japanese writing saying ??Sample Pressing, ??? Article Was Not For Sale to the Public and?? When On Sale, which has also been adjusted by hand.

Cover -- EX+ : Heavy card pasted cover, this has no rips, tears or seams coming undone, but has light shelf wear at the top of the spine and very light ring wear front and back at the top. On the front top right bottom corner there is a white rectangular sticker with white writing saying??(???) Sample article not for sale. The back has a track listing and credits on in English.

Obi Strip -- EX- : This has a 12mm tear on the rear bottom left edge and a light crease here (see picture), there are no other rips, tears or creases, but has some light marks on the rear. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 2 pages 4 sides long in a gatefold fashion, this has a track listing on in Japanese and English, the lyrics in English and some information in Japanese, on one side there are two large portrait pictures of Phoebe. This has no creases, rips or tears.
