For your consideration is the Used Vintage Prince Picture Disc, pictured.  Please Read Entire Auction & view all pictures, So You know exactly what You Are Bidding On And What You Will Receive.  This is being sold AS-IS, Used Condition and all.  Beautiful, gently used with only light typical usage and storage wear, as clearly shown in the pictures.  Shipping is provided FREE, via USPS Priority Mail, within the USA Only. 

We can only accept returns on items grossly misrepresented by us in the auction.  No Buyers Remorse!  Any attempt to circumvent these Terms is considered fraud and may be treated as such.  We provide detailed information as to what we know about our items, along with several detailed pictures.  However, always use your own due diligence with all Auctions prior to bidding or buying.  Ensure to Carefully Read All Terms of Service, Including and Especially Shipping, Returns & Refunds, so you know and understand Seller's Policies.  Always Bid Accordingly and Ensure You Send Any & All Questions or Picture Requests Prior To Bidding.  Doing so will ensure the item you are potentially bidding on is exactly the item you are looking for and wanting.  Item in scans is exactly the item you will receive.  As always, our pictures may appear darker than item actually is due to lighting, reflection, etc.

By bidding on this auction you confirm to be 18 years or older and have read and agree to all our terms herein, including any listed under our "me" page, and are legally bound by them.  Any breach or non-compliance of our auction terms may result in item being re-listed, no-pay alert filed, potential legal action. 

IMPORTANT

Please understand we welcome everyone.  However, in an effort to protect our customers and ourselves, we require if you have a feedback total less than 7, no activity in the past 90 days, or any negative feedback due to non-payment in the past 12 months, you must first contact seller for our authorization and approval to bid, or we reserve the right to cancel and remove your bid/s.

PAYMENTS

---> Payment, which is expected at close of auction, but due within 3 days of auction end, is "Confirmed & Verified Paypal."  No unconfirmed addresses!  If payment has not been received within a maximum 3 days from auction end, it is considered auction abandonment, and will result in UPI Dispute being file with eBay.  Item may then be relisted or offered to the next highest bidder, at Seller's discretion.  If auction has to be re-listed due to non-payment appropriate feedback will be left, along with possible Fraud Claims with IC3, and Local Authorities with Law Enforcement in both Buyer's & Sellers respective cities.  We do not accept personal and/or business checks, which includes eChecks via Paypal!

SHIPPING

---> Shipping is FREE, via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.  Currently we do not ship outside of the United States of America.  **  General Shipping for Coins/Bullion:  Unless otherwise stated, shipping is $3 and will include Delivery Confirmation.  For non-coin and bullion items we combine shipping for Free for all 'like items' that are won in the same day only.  For Coins and Bullion we offer Combined Shipping (with other silver bullion only) is only $1 extra for each additional auction won 'in the same day only.'  All multiple auction wins must be paid for in one single payment or discount is null and void and individual shipping charges will apply.  Overnight shipping available at higher rates.  Inquire within prior to bidding.

INVOICING

An automated invoice is sent upon auction close.  No need to wait for our invoice if you only have a single auction win and are paying immediately.  However, if you have multiple auction wins, please wait for our updated invoice to ensure you have the correct totals and are making one single payment for all.  Doing so will help avoid any delays.

RETURNS

      *** We can only accept returns on items misrepresented by us in an auction for up to 14 days.  It is extremely rare this will happen, but if you win an item and feel it was misrepresented in the auction please ensure to contact us immediately for return and refund instructions.  Otherwise & all other items:  ALL SALES FINAL!  NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Any attempt to defraud seller, alter our terms by way of eBay or any other entity, or extort a refund, etc; is considered unlawful and may result in legal action.  If you can not, will not and/or do not 100% accept and agree with seller's Returns Policy for this item then please exercise your right to bid on something else.  General Returns Info For Non-Scrap:  Contact us immediately if you have a return request.  Given the type of items we sell, along with the frequent shift in cost and values associated, we will only accept returns or refunds for three (3) days from the time the USPS scans item as being delivered to the address you provide, and only if due to a major listing error on our part.  Please, no buyer's remorse.  We provide very detailed and meticulous descriptions of the items being offered at auction, and always include scans or pictures of those actual items.  Therefore, if a buyer is paying attention on what s/he is bidding there should be no reason for a return or refund.  Any refund granted due to a listing error on our part will be purchase price only.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.  Buyer must return the exact item in original condition and packaging.  Item must be post marked within 3 days of your initial receipt of item.  Any refunds outside of the aforementioned will be assessed a restocking fee of 20%.  Any attempt to defraud us or return an item that is not the Exact item we sent and in the Exact condition in which we sent it, is illegal and will be treated as such.
